Well, like I said. I don’t like to write everyday, but I have to tell you, doing the Shakeology challenge introduced me to some new people!
I also ‘moonlight’ as a consultant at a Bridal Designer selling wedding dresses, and during many conversations with my brides and bridesmaids – they all mentioned they were planning on loosing ‘at least 5 pounds’ before their wedding…
…Impossible unless you change your eating habits! One of them can definitely be the Shakeology challenge.
From day 3-7 it became easier to wake up and make the shake. Here are a few recipes I enjoyed to ‘shake up’ the monotony of eating the same thing in the morning:
Day 3: Instead of ice…FROZEN STRAWBERRIES! The BEST idea ever…
Day 4: I just did a dash of milk, tablespoon of peanut butter…YUM
Day 5: So good I did peanut butter AGAIN!
Day 6: Coffee…yes COFFEE! the trick is the coffee must be cold… but amazeballs!
Day 7: I used vanilla almond milk AND peanut butter…SO GOOD!

So far I am loving this… it really does give me energy and fills me up. I love making it in the morning!
